All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. Once dispatched please allow 3 - 5 days postage to major capitals and 5 -7 days delivery for areas outside the CBD, rural areas may take longer. A $10 flat rate fee applies to all purchases under $200. Free shipping is offered on all domestic orders over $200 and will be applied at checkout.
During Sale and Christmas periods please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed due to high volume orders and potential shipping delays during holiday periods.
Please be aware that most orders will not be processed over the weekends or on VIC public holidays.
We currently only ship to New Zealand. All deliveries to New Zealand are sent via Australia Post - International Standard. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. Once dispatched, please allow 7 - 25 days postage, depending on your location. A $20 flat rate fee applies to all purchases.

All purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. We will also send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails within 48 hours of purchase. Should you purchase over a public holiday or weekend, your confirmation will be sent on the next business day.

Please Note - We reserve the right to place temporary hold to or cancel your order in the event we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using the email address you provided at the time of placing an order and may request you to either provide further proof of identify before issuing your order. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order with no liability whatsoever.
