We completely understand that buying online can be a little tricky so we are happy to offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days after you have received your item to request a return. Returns are processed as follows:

  • Full priced items - eligible for a full refund or online store credit
  • Sale items - items that are on sale (site sale) are final and are not eligible for a refund or exchange, unless the item is faulty and meets the criteria for a refund

Please note to be eligible for a return, we naturally do require your item to be returned in the same condition that you received it - unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Think how you would feel - we know you would not like to receive an item that clearly has been worn and smells of perfume! If you were eligible for a free item as part of your original purchase, this will also need to be returned in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a full refund* (otherwise the free item will be deducted at it's RRP value).

(And please be mindful, we are a small business so please allow 24-48 hours for a reply, but rest assured, we will definitely get back to you!). *Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, this means your refund will be less your paid shipping costs and return shipping costs will be at your expense. Once the item/s have been received at our end we will check over the item to ensure it is in the condition outlined above and we will notify you once the return has been processed.

Faulty item

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, faulty or if you receive the wrong item. We want your St VIVID piece to be perfect! In the event this should happen, we will cover the cost for the item to be returned.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you are after is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item/s, and will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be mindful that it can sometimes take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please note that shipping charges are deducted from the refund amount, including at a flat rate of $10 (this includes if you were eligible for free shipping at the time of purchase).
